Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, new submissions will be queued until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We never delete your data.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and wire transfers.
No long-term contracts required. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. We do not offer yearly plans at this time.
BYOE (Bring Your Own Email) lets you use your own email service (SendGrid, AWS SES, SMTP) to send notifications from your domain. Only with your own email service you can send email confirmations to submitters. BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage) lets you store uploaded files in your own cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP).
